Developed through special processes, it creates a stable and reliable high-end waterproof barrier for roofs, and is particularly suitable for the harsh climatic environments in North America (the United States and Canada) where ice dams are prone to form and severe wind and rain erosion frequently occurs, fully ensuring the long-term waterproof safety of local building roofs.
Among them, Perfect Guard-HT-PSU, as a core product, is a high-temperature resistant self-adhered roofing underlayment specifically designed for sloped roofs. It boasts exceptional protective performance, effectively resisting ice dams, snow, storms, hail, and wind-driven water penetration. Equipped with a special thick anti-slip layer, the product features a mechanical anti-slip walking surface, ensuring superior walking safety even during construction on steep-slope roofs. Meanwhile, it adopts a split-release liner design, which greatly simplifies the construction process, enables faster and easier installation compared to single-sheet liners, and significantly improves construction efficiency. Notably, its rubberized adhesion technology combines the dual advantages of strong deck grip in low-temperature environments and high-temperature flow resistance, delivering outstanding performance.
