Fiberglass tissue is used as a facer component in duct insulation systems and provide a smooth surface and acoustical and thermal performance. Black fiberglass veil is suitable as a surface lamination for fiberglass wool and rock wool thermal insulation etc., as well as an acoustic insulation material for wooden or aluminum ceiling panels.
Perfect black fiberglass tissue (nonwoven) is nonwoven composed of glass fibers oriented in a random partern and bonded together with a proprietary, non-facing, black acrylic resin system in a wet laid process. The combination of fibers and binders form the product with high elongation and low dusting characteristics.
We can also add PE coating layer for black fiberglass nonwoven used in the heat sealing process for glass wool/ rock wool industries etc.; Further more, we can also adjust colors, tensile strength, fireproof performances etc. according to customers requirements.
